For the Uma Residence project, we developed an interactive real estate presentation platform built with Laravel 12 and TailwindCSS, designed to offer visitors a dynamic and intuitive browsing experience.
The website combines elegant design with interactive SVG elements, allowing users to explore the architectural plans of the building directly on the site. Each floor and apartment is fully interactive — users can:

Click on the elevator SVG keypad to select a floor, which dynamically loads that floor’s plan.

Click on any apartment within the SVG plan to open its details page.
This approach transforms static architectural drawings into a functional digital experience, helping visitors easily visualize apartment layouts and availability.
